The Asia-Pacific Conference on Postgraduate Research in Microelectronics & Electronics (PrimeAsia) is a recent initiative of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society for engaging students. It aims to provide opportunity for postgraduate students (Masters and PhD) to present their research work and to interact with scientists / engineers in the research community and industry. PrimeAsia 2013, sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, will be held during December 19-21, 2013 at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh, India. Papers in PrimeAsia 2013 will be presented by postgraduate students. However, experienced researchers from academia and industry are warmly invited to attend, in order to create a stimulating environment for exchange of ideas and mentoring of young researchers.
